Batman spot light - gaoyin8866 light, spot, Batman,

a wonderful accessory for 1/6 scale 12 inch action figures. Using the powerful LED as the light source, it can show a clear image of the batman logo in 8 meters distance, the effect is remarkable especially in a dark room. You can play it as a special spot light, or one of the components of making movie scenes with action figures.

Light Wallet, Cell Phone Cover, Bags - sirpackalot Bags, Cover, Phone, Cell, Wallet, Light,
Thought I would share some gear choices under this topic that I like both new and old;

Wallet: Just using an ALL.ETT wallet. Have the larger executive version in leather. Very light and thin, even with all my plastic its half as thin as my previous leather bi-fold. It has a thin leather cover over a sturdy nylon interior. Having now seen the quality of the interior nylon I would go for the cheaper all nylon version of the same wallet if I was replacing it.

Phone cover: Have an ultra suede cover for my cell phone, from SFBags instead of a hard or rubber cover. Mine has the small stretchy pocket added on that is good for a blue tooth ear piece, a screen cloth, earphones, and spare cash or plastic. Always dropping the phone and find this has been good protection without the bulk of a cover.

EDC Small Bag: Maxpedition Anemone, just fitting it out as newly arrived. Very small but I believe it will hold a lot of gear and allow extra stuff to be clipped on. Easily holds a small camera, full...

My first ever EDC! Still looking for a light...

submitted by Roy

My first ever EDC! Still looking for a light that will be cohesive to this setup:

Paul Smith wallet
3sixteen doublewrap bracelet
Cruzer Titanium drive
Labour & Wait bandana
$2 clip I found in a little shop in Chatham, MA
iPhone & BB
Le Breizh Kontell Breton blade
Blinde glasses

Editor’s Note: I think a small 1xAAA twisty light in stainless steel or titanium would suit your carry well judging by the rest of your items… If you want to keep with the overall aesthetic you can look into a brass light (try something by Peak, maybe). Really digging that handkerchief too, I should start carrying one again now that summer is picking up. Thanks for sharing and good luck on your light search!

There have been plenty of essays written on the art of “Bugging Out”, many of them concerning the various vehicles which the authors are fond of for every specific condition which one might face.  In particular, there are several good essays on the use of bicycles as “bug out” vehicles.  This note is going to be a bit different, for I’m not going to even consider the use of a bike as a mode of personal transportation, but rather as a “mule” for transporting one’s kit instead.

There are plenty of bike options out there, and plenty of experts more than happy to discuss with...

A New Light Company and a Frenemy Departs

A coming and a going in the flashlight world.

Darksucks from CPF has recently launched his own line of custom made aluminum lights. Here is the website. The light certainly looks beautiful: an aluminum body with a high polish plate finish. It uses a very high capacity rechargeable: the 18650. It also has a washer style pocket clip.

Interestingly, the light tops out at 500 lumens, which is well less than the portable star that is the Moddoolar Pocket (which can hit 1100 lumens), but this light is about $100 less and at least twice as nice looking. It is another entry into the getting crowded 500 lumens or more custom flashlight market.

There are some things that prevent this from being just another entry. First, it is the first light from this maker. The design is entirely his own and it is very nice looking. Second, I can't...
Your EDC light - Langcjl light, Your,
What is your EDC light? I carry a Hugsby P31. I have the high voltage one that can take a 14500. I love that light. The finish is a true hard anodisation and not paint like many others. Very small, waterproof and has a great clip.
They are getting special edition lights made by Tank over at budget light forum. I would consider switching my EDC for one of those but it looks like they won't have clips. I have to have a clip for EDC.
